中国将引进韩国磁悬浮清洁电梯

  磁悬浮技术已被广泛应用于高速列车,但现在韩国这项技术的应用已经扩大到显示器和半导体领域。韩国电气研究院把磁悬浮技术应用到高科技显示器产业,于2008年生产了磁悬浮清洁电梯。最近,他们通过技术转让,和SFA工程公司合作取得了更大的成果。

  SFA工程公司作为自动化系统整体解决方案的提供商,已与中国京东方显示技术有限公司(BOE)签订了有关干净磁悬浮电梯的供应协议。

  磁悬浮清洁电梯(MLCL)作为一种货运电梯,运输液晶显示器或半导体板。通过使用此技术,在工业环境中已存在的如噪音、振动和灰尘的一些问题,已经得到减少或消除。传输速度也有所增加,提高了生产效率。

  该系统的提升能力是800千克,振动是0.003G, 噪声是60分贝,符合正常办公的噪声系数。

  据一名SFA官员称,他们正计划在2010年10月至2011年1月为京东方安装MLCL设备。并为2011年已经制定了高达10亿元韩元的销售目标。通过将其出口扩大包括台湾等地区,SFA将创造更好的机会以实现这一目标。(Korea IT Times)

Korea initiates China into Magnetic Levitation Technology

Magnetic levitation technology has been widely used for high-speed trains, but now the technology broadened its territory into the display and semiconductor field in Korea. KERI, the Korea Electronic Research Institute, applied magnetic levitation technology to the high-tech display industry, by developing magnetic levitation clean lift, in 2008. Recently, they have accomplishing a great deal through the technology transfer with the SFA Engineering Corporation.

SFA Engineering, which is a provider of total solution for automation systems, has concluded a supply agreement for 'magnetic levitation clean lift' with BOE, a Chinese firm.

Magnetic Levitation Clean Lift (MLCL) acts as sort of a freight elevator, which transports LCD or semiconductor plate. By using this technology in established industrial environments, some problems have been reduced or eliminated, such as noise, vibration and dust. The transfer speeds have also increased, improving  production efficiency.

The lift capacity of this system is 800kg, vibration is 0.003G and noise is just 60 dB, which corresponds to a normal office noise figure.

According to an official from SFA, they are planning to implement MLCL at the BOE facility between October 2010 and January 2011. They have set a goal of reaching KRW 10 billion in sales in 2011. By expanded their export region to include Taiwan, SFA has given themselves a better chance to acheive the goal.
