本机用于检验电源插头线的导线压紧能力，试法为将插头朝上，插头线穿入横杠，插头线下端吊挂规定之砝码，然后以每秒 1 次的速度上下摆动100 次，再检测插头是否受损及电线与插头之间不得脱落。
Put plug upward and insert cord through the cross bar，hang the specified weight upon the lower end of cord，then turn the crank to drive the eccentric wheel so that the plug can be swung up / down 100 times under the weight。Then detect whether plug has damages
