Introduction

介绍

AVS drive has been developed for application in room-less  elevator system. The key factor are the small dimensions especially reduced depth in comparison to standard inverter so that the drive can be easily installed into flat cabinet directly into the hoist way.

AVS系列变频器是为无机房电梯控制系统而开发的.在机械设计上以降低产品的体积,特别是产品的高度为目标.使得AVS能够很方便地安装到井道里的无机房控制柜.

Application for room-less systems with speeds 1-1.75m/s and duty load 600-1600kg.

适用于梯速在1-1.75m/s,载重量在600-1600kg的无机房电梯控制系统中.

AVS drive is based on well proven Avy drive technology in both control and power section

Some optimization has been done on power and control. Having defined interface between drive and lift controller it was possible to remove some drive terminal functions. Available terminals:

AVS是在Avy产品的技术基础上开发的, 同时对控制和功率部分进行了优化.针对现有的电梯控制系统的接口特性,取消了不必要的端子和功能.现有的接口如下:

Mechanical enclosure has been designed to reduce total depth of the drive and allow easy and immediate access to all drive terminals components needed during installation, maintenance and replacement. IP20 protection is guaranteed for power part.

Connectors can be extracted without removing cover and vice versa cover can be removed for board inspection without extracting terminals. Encoder and serial line for SVT connectors are accessible from the front. Removable without opening any covers. Regulation signal wires and their shields can be clamped to the front panel to prevent from accidental extraction and EMC emission reduction.

AVS的机械设计上不仅考虑降低产品的高度,同时兼顾安装,接线及维护的方便性.功率部分能够提供IP20的防护等级.接线的端子排可以移出,外壳可以方便地拆卸.编码器的输入输出接口以及串行通讯的接口都在变频器的前端.提供控制信号和编码器信号的电缆屏蔽线连接,来降低产品的EMC辐射.

 

As a basis is used RV33-4-NV AVS next generation regulation board. Parameter setting is through serial line using Conf99 or SVT. Firmware available 3.6.

AVS采用RV33-4-NV的最新一代的控制板,参数的设定可通过电脑软件Conf99来完成.

 

AVS drive will be manufactured in our production plant in Shanghai.

AVS产品将由SIEI上海工厂生产.
